General Information

• Pick-Up/Drop Off Procedure: For Seat-In-Coach (Group Tour), we only have one(1) pick-up/drop off point in Manila. Exact meeting/pick up point will be advised upon confirmation of booking. For Exclusive (Private Tour) pick-up/drop-off should be within (Manila, Ermita, Malate, Pasay, Quezon City) or Cavite (Bacoor, Imus) Hotels or any commercial establishments only
• Service are subject for availability during Philippine National Holidays.
• Itineraries /Timings may change and will be subject to traffic conditions.
• 1 piece of hand carry baggage allowed per person
• Driver’s tip is not included and at your discretion.
• Any pick-up / drop-off requests beyond the designated pick up/drop off points may require additional fees and is subject to availability (Note: applicable only for Exclusive/Private Tour)

06:00 AM        ETA Dingalan Aurora. Breakfast (on own pax account)
                       After breakfast, proceed to Dingalan Feeder Port for a boat ride
07:30 AM        Visit the following: Lamao cave/rock formation (subject to weather
                        and wave condition), White Beach, Lighthouse (hike/trekking)
12:00 PM        Lunch (on own pax account)
01:00 PM        Travel back to Dingalan Feeder Port, photo ops to I Love Dingalan Marker
01:30 PM        Proceed to visit Tanawan View Deck and Tanawan Falls (hike/trekking)
02:30 PM        ETA Tanawan Falls, swimming & photo ops
03:30 PM        Back to jump off point. 
04:30 PM        Wash off.

GROUP TOUR : composed of at least minimum of 10 pax joiners from different groups. Often called as merging  tours. Any number of participants can join in this tour and will be combined with other group of  travelers to meet the transport seat requirements. Group Tour are common for Budget Travelers, Backpackers, Couples, Family Outing, and Barkada Getaway 

EXCLUSIVE TOUR : composed of one(1) big/small group to occupy the whole transport. Rate of Exclusive tour  depends on the total no. of persons travelling, room occupancy, choice of hotel/lodging,  preferred Itinerary (if any) and preferred pickup/drop off point. All Exclusive Tours can be customized based on your preferences. Exclusive Tours are common for Family Outings,  Barkada Getaway, Company Outing, and Educational Trips

Pay thru Cash Remittance (receiver details, to be advised)

• All slots are on a first- come, first – served basis. Registered participants will be required to have a 50% down payment of the total amount to be paid. Remaining balance will be collected on the day of schedule trip. Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation. 
• Confirmed reservations are strictly non refundable but is considered transferable to the third party designated by the client otherwise the participant's group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance.​
• All deposits and payments should be scanned and emailed to us as soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your Tour Voucher with reference number to us. The reference number would signify your confirmed reservation/ booking with us, please do not forget to bring a valid ID as you present your Voucher to the assigned Tour Coordinator/Driver
• All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety first. 
• No show on your booking dates will render the voucher forfeited.
• A Whole New World Travel Express, its employees, representatives, and tour guides shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary.  
• A Whole New World Travel Express reserves the right to terminate servicing any participant who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group by being abusive and disruptive, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour and affects the other guests as well as the employees.
