PROPOSED ITINERARY

Day 01:
Arrival at Iloilo Airport
Transfer to Hotel
5:00PM onwards – Dinagyang IHRRA Food Festival at Delgado Street

Day 02:
7:30AM – Salvo of a Thousand Drums at Arroyo Fountain Area
8:00AM – Tambor Trumpa Martsa Musika from Bonifacio Drive to Freedom Grandstand
3:00PM – Religious Fluvial and Solemn Foot Procession of the image of Santo Niño de Cebu. From Fort San Pedro to Iloilo Customs House, followed by solemn foot procession to San Jose de Placer Church (refer to foot and fluvial procession map for details)

Day 03:
8:00AM – Kasadyahan Regional Festival along the Street Parade
2:00PM – Sponsors Mardi-Gras along the Street Parade Route
7:00PM – Religious Sadsad at San Jose de Placer Parish Church

Day 04:
6:00AM – celebrating High Mass at San Jose de Placer Parish Church
8:00AM – Iloilo Dinagyang Ati Contest along the Street Parade Free time Transfer to Iloilo Airport

Before proceeding to booking, please make sure that you have read, understand and accept A Whole New World Travel Express Terms and Conditions
All slots are on a first- come, first – served basis. Registered participants will be required to have a 50% down payment of the total amount to be paid. Remaining balance will be collected on the day of scheduled trip. Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation. (applicable only for booking directly with us, booking using 3rd party will be subject to their own terms and conditions).
Confirmed reservations are strictly non refundable but is considered transferable to the third party designated by the client otherwise the participant's group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance.
The company, A Whole New World Travel Express, has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants (at least 12 pax per van). You may opt to reschedule your reservation to any group tours that we have or we may offer a full refund (applicable only for booking directly with us, booking using 3rd party will be subject to their own terms and conditions).
All deposits and payments should be scanned and emailed to us as soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your Tour Voucher with reference number to us. The reference number would signify your confirmed reservation/ booking with us, please do not forget to bring a valid ID as you present your Voucher to the assigned Tour Coordinator/Driver
All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. Please note that your safety is our priority.
Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time. An allowance of only 30 minutes will be given for late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will be given for registered participants that do not come on time.
No show on your booking dates will render the voucher forfeited.
A Whole New World Travel Express shall not be liable for any, labor disputes, natural disaster or other causes beyond control of the management. A Whole New World Travel Express shall not be liable for any additional hotel and transport charges that may occur during these times
A Whole New World Travel Express, its employees, representatives, and tour guides shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary.
A Whole New World Travel Express reserves the right to terminate servicing any participant who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group by being abusive and disruptive, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour and affects the other guests as well as the employees.
