PROPOSED ITINERARY
Day 0: Departure (a night before the scheduled trip)
Meeting Place:  Tentative : Trinoma Mall, Quezon City @ 09:00PM
Day 1 : Arrival – Banaue to Sagada
Breakfast in Banaue. Proceed to Banaue View Point for Picture Taking & Souvenir Hunting. Depart Banaue to Sagada afterwards. Early Check In upon arrival in Sagada. Lunch (on own pax account) in a well known restaurants in Sagada with different delicacies. Free Time. After rest and wash up, ride a jeepney (pax account)proceed to Sumaguing Cave for normal caving (usually takes 2-4hours depending on your chosen activity). Back to Lodging. Rest. Free Time.
Day 2: Sagada Tour
After Breakfast, visit Bomod-Ok Falls (2hours trekking – please bring water & snacks), Lunch after trekking & swimming at the falls. Proceed to Sagada Weaving then visit St. Mary’s Church, Echo Valley, Hanging Coffins. Head back to lodge afterwards. Rest. Free Time.
Day 3: Depart Sagada to Baguio
After light breakfast, proceed to Sea of Clouds ( if allowed). After sunrise viewing, depart Sagada to Baguio. Late Lunch at Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad (on own pax account). Visit Strawberry Farm for souvenir hunting. Depart Baguio to Manila afterwards. Expected time of arrival in Manila is between 8:00PM to 9:00PM.

Note: Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. Heavy Traffic, Bad Weather, Force Majeure)

 GROUP TOUR : composed of at least minimum of 10 pax joiners from different groups. Often called as merging  tours. Any number of participants can join in this tour and will be combined with other group of  travelers to meet the transport seat requirements. Group Tour are common for Budget Travelers, Backpackers, Couples, Family Outing, and Barkada Getaway 

NOTE: Joiners will only share in transport service (seat-in-coach), Room Accommodation for each group of joiners are Private (Private Room)

EXCLUSIVE TOUR : composed of one(1) big/small group to occupy the whole transport. Rate of Exclusive tour  depends on the total no. of persons travelling, room occupancy, choice of hotel/lodging,  preferred Itinerary (if any) and preferred pickup/drop off point. All Exclusive Tours can be customized based on your preferences. Exclusive Tours are common for Family Outings,  Barkada Getaway, Company Outing, and Educational Trips

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Before proceeding to booking, please make sure that you have read, understand and accept A Whole New World Travel Express Terms and Conditions
• All slots are on a first- come, first – served basis. Registered participants will be required to have a 50% down payment of the total amount to be paid. Remaining balance will be collected on the day of scheduled trip. Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation. (applicable only for booking directly with us, booking using 3rd party will be subject to their own terms and conditions).
• Confirmed reservations are strictly non refundable but is considered transferable to the third party designated by the client otherwise the participant's group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance.
• The company, A Whole New World Travel Express, has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants (at least 12 pax per van). You may opt to reschedule your reservation to any group tours that we have (applicable only for booking directly with us, booking using 3rd party company/representative will be subject to their own terms and conditions).
• All deposits and payments should be scanned and emailed to us as soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your Tour Voucher with reference number to us. The reference number would signify your confirmed reservation/ booking with us, please do not forget to bring a valid ID as you present your Voucher to the assigned Tour Coordinator/Driver
• All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. Please note that your safety is our priority. 
• Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time. An allowance of only 30 minutes will be given for late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will be given for registered participants that do not come on time.
• No show on your booking dates will render the voucher forfeited.
• A Whole New World Travel Express shall not be liable for any, labor disputes, natural disaster or other causes beyond control of the management. A Whole New World  Travel Express shall not be liable for any additional hotel and transport charges that may occur during these times
• A Whole New World Travel Express, its employees, representatives, and tour guides shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary.  
• A Whole New World Travel Express reserves the right to terminate servicing any participant who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group by being abusive and disruptive, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour and affects the other guests as well as the employees.
