    REMARKS
    1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless purchased.
    2. All rates/prices are based on our current transportation and lodging rates, increasing petrol rates and other expenses might affect our transportation and lodging fees, in which we reserve the right to revise our current rates.
    3. For Availability:  Please note that if a certain hotel is not available at the time of booking, then we will gladly make alternative suggestions in the same category. We will advise you accordingly with the surcharge if any. As a result, we would highly appreciate it if you could advise us to block rooms soonest possible to guarantee the rooms and rates in period of high and peak season.
    4. All transfers & tours are on seat in coach basis with one luggage per pax.
    5. Check in time: at hotel: after 14:00H ; Check out: at hotel: before 12:00H at noon
    6. Passport must be valid at least 6 months prior to departure.
    7. All deposit and payments should be scanned and emailed to us at: [email protected] as soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your Documents (E-ticket/E-Voucher) to be sent in your given email. 
    8. All confirmed bookings (Airfare, Hotel, Tours) are non refundable, non rebookable, and non transferable so be sure with your booking dates, flights and passenger details.
    9. All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. 
    10. Please pay on or before your due date. AWNW Travel Express will not be responsible for reminding you. Lapsed due date will mean automatic cancellation.
