    1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless purchased.
    2. All rates/prices are based on our current transportation and lodging rates, increasing petrol rates and other expenses might affect our transportation and lodging fees, in which we reserve the right to revise our current rates.
    3. For Availability:  Please note that if a certain tour/service is not available at the time of booking, then we will gladly make alternative suggestions in the same category. We will advise you accordingly with the surcharge if any. As a result, we would highly appreciate it if you could advise us to block dates soonest possible to guarantee reservation of your seats in period of high and peak season.
    4. All transfers & tours are on seat in coach basis with one luggage per pax.
    5. Kindly take note that most of our Tours has fix meeting point/pick up point (door to door service is not applicable). Most of the pick up points are in Bus Terminal Stations. Address of pick up points will be given to you upon confirmation of booking.
    6. Visa is REQUIRED in this booking. Please make sure you can provide your Visa Information before making a booking. 
    7. All confirmed bookings are non refundable, non rebookable, and non transferable 
    8. All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise.
